1. Participation Requirements
To rent a buggy or scooter, a valid driving license corresponding to the category required for the rented vehicle is mandatory. The license must be presented at the time of vehicle pickup. The customer must declare that they are physically fit to drive and in adequate mental and physical condition to safely participate in the activity.

2. Vehicles and Capacity
The price indicated is per vehicle.

Each buggy can carry a maximum of two people.
Each scooter is certified for one or two passengers, depending on the model.
Exceeding the maximum capacity or modifying the vehicle’s configuration is not permitted.

3. Minors
Minors may only participate as passengers and must be accompanied by a responsible adult who supervises them throughout the activity.

4. Vehicle Use and Safety Rules
The customer agrees to operate the buggy or scooter responsibly, adhering to:

• Instructions provided by staff or the guide (if present),
• Traffic regulations,
• Safety rules provided at the time of rental.

5. Liability
Driving buggies and scooters involves risks related to terrain, environmental conditions, and personal conduct. The customer accepts full responsibility for any injuries, damages, or accidents resulting from negligent behavior.
The organization is not liable for damages caused by improper use of the vehicle, failure to comply with rules, or unfit physical or mental conditions of the driver.

 Cancellation Policy

1. Free Cancellation
Bookings can be canceled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled rental or tour date. Requests must be sent through the official contact channels.

2. Late Cancellations or No-Show
Cancellations made after the 48-hour deadline are not guaranteed a refund.
Failure to show up on the day of the activity (“no-show”) results in the full forfeiture of the amount paid.
